What satisfied hunters
say about their
Chippewa Wedge-Loc Treestands
and Basic Innovations

"....Thought you like pics of my deer (11-8-08) taken from my Chippewa Chief stand...

"...I've used one of your Chippewa Wedge-Loc stands over the past 6 years... This is definitely the best treestand on the market."

Rob P.,
Valparaiso, Indiana

"...I purchased my Brute tree stand several years ago. I have never seen or used a better stand. I am a former college football player and I stand 6'-6" and weigh 400lbs and the stand is quiet and stable. I have either purchased or used many other stands over the years and they all lack what the Brute offers- capacity, silence, comfort, and ease of use."

Jeffrey B.,
Chelsea, Michigan

"...I was Elk Hunting in a wilderness area in Arizona. This was a pack-in only area. The compact and light weight of my new Chippewa Ghost treestand was great for my 2 mile hike in!
I shot this 6X6 Bull on the second day. P&Y score 345."

Tom E.,
Tuscon, Arizona

"...Dear Chippewa Wedge-Loc,
Well, this 'aint a big buck story, but its a Chippewa Wedge-Loc success story if there ever was one. First of all, you have to understand that there are very few deer where we hunt. It 'aint unusal to hunt the entire week and not see a deer. You can go up there in the middle of winter and barely see a track. I haven't shot a deer up there in quite a few years. People say we're nuts for wasting our time year after year, but that's where our beloved shack is. There are a few deer in the area and we hunt hard day after day, year after year.
We go about an hour North of Grand Rapids, Minnesota and our deer woods is a large, very romote area of swamp, huge stands of thick pine, tangled up buck brush and impenetrable stands of new growth Poplar. It's tough hunting and if you 'aint off the ground, you can't see sh*t! Last year, I scouted far from the camp and found an area of promising sign but thought, 'Lord, how am I ever gonna get a treestand back in there?' I discovered your treestands and becuase of their lightness, bought one. So this season, I easily packed my Chippewa Quest back in there, a tough hour's walk from camp, set it up easily (AND I was still recovering from Hernia Surgery!). Sat in that stand for 5 days, but finally caught a glimpse of a deer off through the brush - and I bagged it!
Was only a small doe, but I gotta tell you... I'm more proud of that deer I worked so hard for than any other buck I've taken. And I couldn't have done it without my Chippewa Wedge-Loc Quest - with it's light weight, ease of putting up, and the secure comfort of it's stability.

Thank you for your great product!"

Prescott, Wisconsin

"...I've attached a photo of my 2008 whitetail buck I took November 8th, 2008.
I packed in with my Ghost and shot him that afternoon at 4:50pm. The Ghost actually looked big in the tree I hung it in! I think this is my 5th P&Y using this great little stand.
Thanks again for a great hunting tool."

Shawn H.,
Overland Park, Kansas

"....I had needed another loc-on stand. ...something very quiet, stable and easy to set up. I bought a Chippewa Brutus Maximus that has an adjustable platform and seat. I will have to buy more!
I used to be a fan of North Starr, until I broke down and bought a Chippewa Wedge-Loc... Nothing compares anymore!"

Bruce L.,
Thompson, Ohio

"...I now own three Chippewa Wedge-Loc Treestands - one Wedge-Loc and two Chief stands... I love everything about them - and have sold all my other stands!"

Robert F.,
Park Forest, Illinois

"...I love your tree stand. I first saw them at the Iowa Deer Show a few years ago. There was a big gentlemen jumping up and down - and the stand was not moving!
I currently own 5 and love them. Two Ghost, Two Brute, and a Quest. Very sturdy and easy to put up.
I harvested this 9-pointer in southern WV hunting out of the Ghost.
Keep up the good work."

Mike S.,
Williamstown, West Virginia

"...I wanted to share a nice photo of a buck I shot using your great Wedge-Loc stand. Boy is it nice!!!
The 12-Pointer was a 10 yard shot - and he only ran 20 yards. Thanks!"

Norm E.,
Streeter, Illinois

"...Hi guys,
I was watching Wild Outdoors last night and Jay Gregory's Tech Tip of the week featured your treestands . . . Fantastic!!! He did a really great job and really told the true story. I am sure you already know about this but thought I would make sure. Hope this really helps your business as you deserve it. . . you guys have worked so hard for so many years on these stands. You know Andrew and I love them and try to promote them at every opportunity.
BTW: With me not getting any older and getting a little less nimble and athletic" in my past 60 years I am being extra careful about safety and absolutely will not use anything but your treestands.

Bob S.,
Lansing, Michigan

While watching a hunting show Yesterday the host says stay tuned we will be right back to tell you all about the best, safest, quietest, and easiest tree stand to hang. I think yeah right, this guy hasn't used a wedge loc! Well I stayed tuned just to see what stand he was going to recommend. Following the commercial they return and the host is holding a Wedge Loc stand! And all these years I thought that you guys were a Michigan secret. Four or five of my buddies use your stands and I have hunted out of them on occasion. They are everything he said and more! My next stand will be a wedge Loc! I love to see a Michigan company doing well. Keep up the good work!

Ted S.,
Michigan

"...I'm so glad that you finally have had a positive experience with a tv show/producer. Its just a shame more people don't know about your stands"

Jay Gregory,
Host of "The Wild Outdoors" show

"...I've been using a wedge-loc treestand for the past two year's. really like how easy it is to setup.
I shot this ten-pointer out of my Chippewa Chief in December 2008 Pennsylvania's archery season.

Thank you,

Wendell B.,
Pennsauken, New Jersey

"...A few weeks ago we were e-mailing back and forth with questions about modifying other stands to the Chippewa system, and I mentioned that I would probably end up buying your system. Well I did just that. I actually purchased two systems, one for a friend of mine, with x-tra harnesses. We have been using the system and we couldn't be happier. My friend killed his first deer with a bow hunting out of your Chippewa Chief the first afternoon we hung the system. We absolutely love it - crazy about it! I have been hunting for 33 years and the Chippewa Wedge-Loc is, by far, the best hang-on stand I have ever used. I will never use another hang-on type stand again!
I have been praising the excellence of your system to everyone I know in the hunting industry (I have many friends in the retail and outfitting/guiding industries). Thanks."

John L.,
Phillipsburg, New Jersey

"...I purchased one of your stands at the ETAR (Eastern Traditional Archery Rendezvous) in Coudersport, Pennsylvania a few years ago. It's really a great stand! I've used it to harvest a few deer since. I would like to purchase an additional stand so I don't have to keep moving it around all the time. Thanks."

Kirkville, New York
